Paul Reynolds - President
Paul Reynolds has more than 25 years of progressively responsible experience in the telecommunications industry directing as many as 65 employees in companies with revenues in excess of $ 500 million. Paul has led companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.
With a strong knowledge of financial forecasting, fund management, resource allocation and customer relations, Paul has participated in raising millions of dollars in venture capital to finance various start-ups and joint ventures.
Among his significant positions, Paul has served as Chief Technology Officer in the start-up of a CLEC in the Southeast where he developed a fully-functional operating class 4/5 switching network. He served as President of Orlando, Florida based Alpha Integrated Network Services, IT Company and also served as Sr. Director of Operations and Facilities for a national retail chain where he implemented the first VoIP to ever be successfully deployed. His efforts garnered national attention with a feature story in the 1995 issue of Store Magazine.
Paul also managed operations for Alta Telecom working with major accounts including AT&T, Nokia, Verizon, NEC, Ciena, and Fujitsu. He successfully directed more than 60 engineers, testers, installers and quality assurance auditors for over 10 major carriers and OEM accounts. His division was one of the most profitable in the Alta International family of companies.
More recently, Paul is now heading up CMA, Inc. to advance the next generation of 4G technology. Within his role, Paul is leading an initiative to develop 4G deployments utilizing municipal assets to raise valuable revenue for states, counties and cities.

Washington A. Vivero - Director of Business Development
Washington A. Vivero has a solid background in economics, and more than 20 years’ experience in residential, commercial and industrial infrastructure development. At 18 he joined the well-established Financial Services Company, A.L. Williams. His excellent work ethic quickly ascended him to a vice president position, making him one of the youngest VPs in the company’s history, and where he obtained much success.
Subsequently, he joined the credit/finance department at Goya Foods Inc. where he was charged with more than 2000 commercial accounts. During his trajectory he developed projects with SeaBury Enterprises, and as such developed the first Cyber Cafés, the offspring of the giant conglomerate Starbucks. In addition, Washington has partnered with Amber Heart Development Group and served as that company’s infrastructure and logistical specialist, developing major commercial and government projects. Washington was a managing member of Washbar LLC, a real estate development group. He is President/CEO of International Resources Group, LLC. Additionally, Washington is the Secretary of Finance for the non-profit foundation: God is able International Foundation, a responsibility he takes very seriously for the benefit of the disadvantaged.
His latest focus is on the development of infrastructure and bilateral relationships between the US and Latin American markets, as it relates to 4G technology. He has been recognized by the Ecuadorian American Chamber of Commerce for his Contributions to Bilateral Business Relationships between the United States and Ecuador, and has been instrumental in facilitating and negotiating major projects both with government and the private sector.

Michael Nicotra - Director of US Operations
Michael Nicotra has more than 17 years in the Information Technology and Telecommunications Industries. Michael joined CMA in July of 2011 as the Director of US Operations. After the historic flood in September of 2011, he went to work immediately to contact the towns and villages that surround Binghamton. Knowing that CMA's program could provide the income necessary to rebuild the region where his family still resides.
Vestal, Johnson City and the Town of Union were the first to respond understanding the revenue potential that CMA's program has to offers. Michael has been instrumental in growing CMA's presence in the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. With over 100 years of family history in the Southern Tier, he has a working knowledge of the advantages and challenges of Southern Tier and Finger Lakes Region of New York.

Candis Carter - Director of Internet and Social Media Marketing
Candis Carter has an extensive background in Project Management. Candis has successfully deployed online sales and marketing campaigns that encompassed the back-end database, the e-commerce site, the email marketing, and marketing via Social Media. Managing the roll-out and the team that supported the campaign. Candis joined CMA in July of 2013 as the Director of Internet Marketing and Social Media.
With a strong knowledge of Customer Service and Customer Retention, Candis' attention to detail is a key essential asset in her ability to successfully manage and provide a successful outcome for each individual project. Candis has the ability to not only manage the project, but manage her team producing a higher than expected outcome on each project. Candis has the ability to engage both the customer and the vendors in each project giving them the confidence that she will go above and beyond to complete the project on-time and under budget.
